Since then, Jennifer has worked on the several JLG access projects; the Oshkosh CLV (Joint Light Tactical Vehicle (JLTV) platform for Belgium); and most recently the Oshkosh Next Generation Delivery Vehicle (NGDV) for the United States Postal Service (USPS). Jennifer is currently the Product Fitness Performance and Engineering Change (ECO) program manager on the NGDV program and plays a key role in the development and continuous improvement of the overall change management process.

In addition to her work, Jennifer has been an active Hokie since graduating in 2007.
