Milloy co-founded LHP Europe in 2019 to help small and medium-sized enterprises tackle environmental sustainability challenges. Guided by its mission—to harness technology for a better life and a sustainable future—LHP Europe leverages IoT and data analytics to reduce CO₂ emissions, water consumption, and waste. The company is also pursuing breakthrough technologies to address glacier melting and innovative agricultural solutions that cut CO₂e emissions while enhancing soil health.

Prior to founding LHP Europe, Milloy spent 37 years at Cummins Inc., where he held multiple global leadership roles spanning North America, Brazil, Europe, China, Japan, and India. He served as Chief Technical Officer of the Cummins Components Business (2015–2018), overseeing a $5 billion portfolio that included fuel systems, turbochargers, electronic controls and sensors, aftertreatment, and filtration. Earlier, as CTO of the Engine Business (2006–2010), he directed development of engines ranging from 2.8L to 95L, contributing to sales of over $8 billion.

From 2010 to 2015, Milloy was Vice President & General Manager of Cummins’ Light Duty Business in Beijing, where he spearheaded the launch of 2.8L–4.5L engines. The business grew from inception in 2009 to $700 million in sales by 2015, and now exceeds $1 billion.

Throughout his career, Milloy played a central role in 12 joint ventures across production and technical centers, serving on seven JV Boards and Technology Committees. His leadership combined technical depth with global collaboration, consistently delivering platforms and partnerships that shaped Cummins’ worldwide success.
