Kairos Power is singularly focused on commercializing the fluoride salt-cooled high-temperature reactor (KP-FHR) in time to play a significant role in the fight against climate change. Kairos Power is working to achieving certainty for KP-FHR technology via four key strategies: 1) achieving technology certainty through a rapid iterative development approach; 2) achieving construction certainty by demonstrating the technology can be built; 3) achieving licensing certainty by proving the technology can be licensed; 4) achieving supply chain certainty by vertically integrating critical capabilities.

Kairos Power’s rapid iterative approach and vertical integration strategies work together to deliver cost and schedule certainty by mastering the ability to manufacture cost-significant components in-house, and integrating, building, and operating complex systems over successive iterations, Kairos Power is forging a credible path to commercial deployment.
