Damien McCants graduated from Virginia Tech with a BS in Mechanical Engineering in 2003 and an MBA in 2014. He is the business development lead with DPR Construction in Reston, Virginia, working in their Advanced Technology Group. Damien has also held positions in project management and business development at M. A. Mortenson Company, Carrier Corporation, Johnson Controls and Critchfield Mechanical . He holds a LEED Accredited Professional Certification. He currently resides in Ashburn, Virginia with his wife, Krystal.
