Angela Scribben

Angela Scribben is a research engineer with the U.S. Air Force Research Laboratory at Wright Patterson AFB, Ohio. Angela received her BSME and PhD in Mechanical Engineering from Virginia Tech in 2000 and 2003, respectively. In her role at AFRL she leads in-house research and development of propulsion integration concepts for future subsonic aircraft applications. She also leads contracted efforts to develop advanced subsonic inlets for embedded mobility configuration installation including analytical and experimental work. Her work also includes collaboration with NASA on dual-use high lift technologies for extremely short take-off and landing, and work to better understand serpentine inlet aerodynamics.
